Why tofrom exists.
tofrom’s founding team has lived on both sides of a carrier’s communications. Some of us spent more than a decade inside carriers, in claims automation, systems, and integration. Others spent more than twenty years producing print and mail, and bring the technical depth to keep it modern. We watched communications fall into the gap between those worlds, and built the partner we kept wishing existed.

What does tofrom replace on day one?
Nothing. Send the files you produce today. tofrom takes the handoff, produces the piece, delivers it, and keeps the record. Retire other systems on your timeline, not ours.
How is tofrom different from a print vendor?
A print vendor delivers the piece. tofrom delivers the piece and can answer for it afterward: the version that shipped, when it entered the mail stream, and every scan along the way. One record.
How is tofrom different from a CCM?
A CCM composes the document and stops answering at the handoff to production. tofrom starts at the handoff. It takes what you compose, produces the piece, delivers it, and returns the record.
How does tofrom prove what went out?
Every mailpiece carries an Intelligent Mail barcode. USPS scan events post to the record as the piece moves through the mail stream. Email and SMS write their send events to the same record. Where a notice needs more, a Certificate of Mailing, Certified, or Certified with Signature is captured too.
Where does our data live?
Carrier data stays in tofrom’s production environment, hosted securely on AWS in the United States, with access limited to the production team.
