Every policy, claim, and notice is a promise in transit. Our founding team spent years inside carriers and inside the print facilities that print and mail for them, and we watched those promises cross too many vendor seams while good operations teams took the blame for deliveries nobody could see.
So we built the accountable middle: one partner that produces, delivers, and stands behind every piece, with the record to show for it. To is the policyholder. From is you. Everything in between is ours.
